Dermal fillers are injectable hyaluronic acid placed beneath the skin to restore volume, enhance facial features or soften deeper lines and folds. Unlike Botox, which temporarily reduces muscle movement, fillers provide physical structure and volume.

Results are visible immediately, although swelling can temporarily affect the appearance during the first several days.

What Is Hyaluronic Acid?
